“Bring cutting-edge technology to the forefront of the real estate landscape” Bob Goldberg, NAR PresidentDid you hear the news?
The National Association of Realtors®, announced 10 companies selected for its 2022 REACH Canada program.
SPOILER ALERT! Smart Alto is one of the 10 companies. Read more here.
Each year Second Century Ventures (SCV), the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) selects high growth-potential companies across the real estate, financial services, banking, home services and insurance industries to be a part of their REACH program.
For those that may not be familiar with the REACH program, the goal is to bring “cutting-edge technology to the forefront of the real estate landscape," a quote from NAR CEO and SCV President Bob Goldberg.
REACH is the industry's growth accelerator - created by Second Century Ventures, a global technology fund backed by the National Association of REALTORS®.
REACH helps to launch and accelerate the growth of the most promising technology companies in the real estate and adjacent industries. Many companies you’re likely familiar with are already a part of REACH, such as:
REACH’s mission is to help companies connect with one of the largest industries in the world: real estate. By helping companies innovate in the industry REACH helps hundreds of thousands of small businesses, millions of REALTORS® and consumers and the economy as a whole.
Our goal at Smart Alto is to guarantee Realtors® never miss another qualified sales opportunity.
Our real estate inside sales agents (ISAs) help Realtors® triple their productivity, execute all of their digital selling tasks, and book 5x more appointments without cold calling.
(Editor's Note: we literally wrote the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate ISAs. It helps real estate agents and teams understand how to create a follow up system that turns leads into appointments so they can finally get an ROI on their lead generation program).
We help busy agents and brokerages maximize every revenue generating opportunity and our unique combination of dedicated real estate ISAs, live website chat, custom scripts, and tailored text messages are the secret sauce to our success, and yours.
To put it simply, this partnership will help Smart Alto help more Realtors®.
Agents and consumers alike are tired of the old ways of connecting with each other. The problem is that most people just don’t realize that there is a better way.
Do you remember the last time you inquired about a property as a consumer?
Recently I was looking at some land for sale on Zillow, as one does at 11PM on a Tuesday night when you’re daydreaming about building a home…
I found a listing that was good enough for me to want more information so I inquired.
What do you think happened next?
If you guessed nothing, you’d be right.
I didn’t get a follow-up until the next day. In fact, the follow-up I got was a text message asking me to call someone at my earliest convenience.
Someone eventually called me, but it wasn’t an agent that was going to help me. I wouldn’t have even classified them as a quality ISA because they didn’t really ask me great questions.
Instead, they called to confirm if I was interested in the property with the intent to live transfer me to an agent.
I hated it.
This partnership with NAR and SCV can help us create a future where live transfers and cold calling are no longer the standard operating procedure in the industry.
